Frank has more than 27 years of experience in the vacuum coating industry. He has worked for several companies globally and started his own PVD/PECVD consulting firm in 2017. His experience includes process development, system design and business development. Past applications include coatings for cutting / forming tools, tribology, optics, solar, electrochromics, architecture, and lighting. Frank is currently serving as President of the Society of Vacuum Coaters (SVC) as well as organizing committees for conferences in Shenzhen and Morocco. His company, GP Plasma, focuses on finding the most effective and efficient solutions for their customers' coating needs. GP’s team of experienced engineers can help you overcome challenges from the atom to the factory.
